CORE CONDITIONING FOR BOOMERS - DVD
The core DVD program has 9 series of exercises from beginner level to advanced. If you are a beginner to exercise or advanced, utilize the programs described below. Exercise 20-30 minutes per session to accomplish desired results.
BEGINNER
Day 2 - warm up / weights/prone over ball / cool down
Day 3 - warm up / roll up / table top / cool down
Day 4 - warm up / weights / cool down
Day 5 - warm up / floor & bridging / balance & quads / cool down
Day 6 - warm up / roll up / sidelying / table top / cool down
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Day 2 - warm up / weights / sidelying / cool down
Day 3 - warm up / roll up / table top / sidelying / floor & bridging / cool down
Day 4 - warm up / weights / balance & quads / cool down
Day 5 - warm up / floor & bridging / prone over ball / cool down
Day 6 - warm up / table top / roll up / sidelying / floor & bridging / cool down
