The Kinesio Taping Method is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused and fatigued muscles, and to support muscles in movement on a 24 hr/day basis. Made of 100% high-grade breathable cotton for comfort, this highly elastic tape allows for full range of motion. Contains a mild and hypo-allergenic heat activated adhesive.
Durable, with an average usage of 3-4 days per application.
