This calibrated cable system is color-coded for resistance levels and is space efficient!
Rugged construction features a 7-foot wall channel, a quick release sliding bracket and a storage rack to hold cables. Attach any of the included R-3 thru R-9 resistance cables to track and it slides smoothly up and down for a wide variety of tension exercises to address every major joint and muscle.
Horizontal bar extends overhead for even more exercises. Also includes the Deluxe gym in bag with video, Wall Gym rehab instructional video, X-613 Wrist/Ankle attachment, aerobic training belt & set of interchangeable triple grip handles to hold up to three cables at one time.
