How do I return my product?

  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is the return policy?

Return Merchandise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.

How To Return An Item

Prior to sending back merchandise, please email our customer service staff at for complete instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). When calling please indicate that the item was purchased on Returned items will not be accepted without authorization.

Credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. Return shipping costs are customers' responsibility unless an item is defective or was shipped in error. Not all items are returnable and some manufacturers may charge restocking fees.

Once you have received a RMA, repack the item in the original materials and box (if possible). Include your order number, customer number and RMA in the box.

Lost Or Damaged Orders

Please inspect your shipment PRIOR to signing the carriers' delivery receipt. Check that you received the correct number of boxes, look for external damage, and immediately open all cartons, checking for concealed damaged. Check the features and functions of your item and make sure it is not damaged or defective. If any problems are discovered after delivery call the carrier first, then call us. Claims must be filed with the carrier no more than 7 days after delivery. Keep all packing materials until carrier completes inspection.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped FOB factory. In-stock items ship within 24 hours UPS ground or best way. UPS ground delivery takes 2-7 business days. UPS also offers Next Day, 2-day and 3-day service to most of the USA.
