What carriers does your company use for shipping?
  We use UPS.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
What are your shipping rates?
  Our shipping rates are estimated at the time you place your order. The rates are based on the shipping dimensions, weight and your zip code. As UPS rates can change from day to day, your shipping charge will be the exact shipping rate the day your order ships.
  • Free Shipping may be available for orders over $49 and a flat rate of $5.99 for orders under that amount.
    • Restrictions:
      • Orders over $49, that include Oversized / Freight items are excluded from Free Shipping and Flat Rates. Please call 800-523-0912 or email us using the contact form for a shipping quote.
      • Offer Valid in the Contiguous United States; AK, HI, PR & Guam excluded. Shipping will be calculated for all other destinations at checkout.
  • Qualifying orders must select “Free Ground Shipping 3-7 Business Days” at checkout in order to receive Free Shipping.
  • Some items will be marked "Availability - Usually Ships in 3 to 5 Business Days. These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
What is the cut-off time for order processing?
  All orders placed prior to 5:00pm, will be shipped the next business day for in-stock items.
